Theresa “Terri” O’Neil joined BE in February 2017 as Controller, where she oversees financial reporting, audits, and ensures the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial operations. With over 24 years of experience in senior finance and accounting roles across both the commercial and government sectors, Terri has developed extensive expertise in managing complex financial systems, supporting mergers and acquisitions, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. She has also played a key role in mentoring employees, helping them grow professionally while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within her teams.

Prior to joining BE, Terri held senior management positions at several organizations, where she was responsible for driving financial strategies, improving operational efficiencies, and leading finance teams through challenging business environments. Her background includes significant experience working with government compliance agencies and utilizing a variety of accounting systems to enhance financial processes.

Terri holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from George Mason University and has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 2003. Her deep financial expertise and leadership experience make her a vital asset to BE’s finance team.
