Kim Foster

Kim Foster is BE’s Senior Director of Human Resources with more than 25 years of leadership experience across healthcare, defense, and technology organizations. She is known for strengthening workforce planning, employee engagement, leadership development, and cultural integration during times of rapid growth and organizational change.

Before joining BE, Kim served as HR Director at Intrepid Solutions and Services and held senior HR leadership roles with Provider Health Solutions and Encompass Health. She has led large-scale initiatives spanning talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, and enterprise change management, consistently driving efficiency and building strong teams that support business objectives.

Kim holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and is completing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at Arizona State University. She is PHR and SHRM-CP certified and maintains an active Top-Secret clearance.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys traveling, interior design, and spending time with her husband, Chris, their two sons, and young grandson.
