Chris Bellios

Chris Bellios is the Chief Executive Officer of BE, bringing more than 40 years of leadership experience across the U.S. Marine Corps, the Central Intelligence Agency, and Private Sector. He has held senior executive roles at Hexagon US Federal, Cubic Corporation, and BAE Systems, where he directed organizations with large-scale portfolios, and led transformative growth initiatives.

Throughout his career, Chris has unified complex businesses, secured major long-term contracts, and established innovative training and technology programs that strengthened mission outcomes for Defense and Intelligence customers. He also serves on corporate and advisory boards, including past service with the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA).

Chris holds a B.A. in History from Mary Washington University, an M.B.A. from Averett University, and has completed executive leadership training at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
Chris has a passion for fitness, landscaping, and travel. Married for over 35 years, he is a husband and father to two sons, and a proud grandfather. Originally from Erie, Pennsylvania, he maintains close family ties in the Pittsburgh area, where he often visits and is a fervent supporter of Pittsburgh sports teams.
