BE is a prime contractor through a CTA on the FBI Information Technology Supplies and Support Services 2 (FBI IT Triple S 2) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Other than Small (OTS) Business Pool. The FBI IT Triple S 2 contract is an 8-year IDIQ contract with a period of performance from June 21, 2025 through June 20, 2032. IT Triple S 2 is available FBI-wide and to all Department of Justice (DOJ) component agencies. Individual requirements are completed via Task Order Requests (TORs). Labor hour rates are based on rates published in the prime contractor’s GSA Schedule 70 contract and TORs. A variety of contract types are available including time and materials (T&M) and firm fixed price (FFP).
