Chris Reichert

Chris Reichert is BE’s Vice President of Strategic Operations, bringing broad executive leadership and operational expertise across Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian missions. He focuses on strengthening enterprise operations, aligning strategy, and driving disciplined execution that supports mission performance and growth.

Prior to joining BE, Chris served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Hexagon US Federal, where he led the company’s U.S. federal business delivering advanced solutions across geospatial-intelligence and public safety solutions, unmanned systems imagery, positioning, navigation, and timing capabilities, and classified strategic services. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at BAE Systems, SAIC, and Cubic, managing complex mission programs and large-scale contract portfolios for Intelligence and Department of Defense customers. He began his career with the U.S. Navy as a Contracts Specialist at the Naval Sea Systems Command.

Chris currently serves on the Office of the Director of National Intelligence-sponsored University of Virginia National Security Data and Policy Institute’s Inaugural Policy Advisory Group, contributing industry insight on the intersection of data science, artificial intelligence, and public policy.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University. He is a certified CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach with a long-standing focus on health and wellness. Outside of work, he is an avid snowboarder and a lifelong Baltimore Orioles fan.
